This year marks my 20th anniversary of being a smoker.

When I realized it I scared the shit out of myself.

I'm also going into my third week cold turkey. It's not so bad. Just think of the money you're saving.

I love smoking cigarettes but not enough to be responsible for my own death. Besides there's so many positive and healthy addictions out there. It's like Tricky said ' the only way to quit successfully is -- just don't have another smoke'

Many many thanks to all who came out for the show last night. It was great for us to go to a new bar in a new town and have such an enthusiastic welcome. Special thanks to Jay and Allison for the leg work and hospitality (we owe you one). Thanks also to Harmonic Tide for a sweet set and The Huron House for a great atmosphere.

If you look closely at that picture you can see Saturn about 3/4 of an inch away from the moon at about 3:00. Also you can make out another star/planet at about 1:00 approx. one inch from Venus.

I apologise to all that had to endure this crap. If I put IMHO in front of my origonal statement would the situation not have happened? If I'm in a band does that mean I should tread carefully? Or not speak at all? Should artists speak about their art? Or is that too much like a comedian laughing at his own jokes? food for thought.

When I referred to "people"I was using tact and not specifying you....AD. It's you who needs to take me out of context to try to get your feeble negative point across. I believe I originally stated feelings I have for improv. and music in general,to expand upon Pablo and Velvets sentiments about the "scene". The fact that you need to jump on someone's statement of feelings says it all. You must have nothing to be proud of. You are the antithesis of most everyone on this board and now we all know it. How about you expose some of your deepest feelings so we can all verbally kick you in the teeth. What's the matter, didn't your parents love you enough? Keep your negativity to yourself unless it actually is constructive. Oh, by the way that shot in the foot....it doesn't hurt AT ALL!
