Tabla Classes in Ottawa - Spring Session

The Toronto Tabla Ensemble will be offering a Spring Session in Ottawa, following on the heels of the winter session that I'm apart of. The classes are small and Ritesh's teaching simple enough that you won't feel overwhelmed by the instrument.And if you join you can coe to my house we can play duelling tablas.

Welcoming in the new year we will be offering a new beginner class on Saturdays starting in April to June. Frequently asked questions.

These unique tabla classes will be held under the supervision of Ritesh Das.

Classes are in 4 week sessions for $80.00 – the curious, beginners and those 7 years and older are welcome to join in to learn the history, music and joy on the tabla!

The Ottawa classes are filling up quickly and we have three scheduled for the coming session. Thank you to everyone who has registered. Please find below more detailed information about the class times and dates. If you have already registered please send a note to inform us which time would suite you best.

If you are questioning whether to take class we are offering a free introductory lesson. Please register in advance as we are scheduling classes. Note: Classes can accommodate a maximum of 10 students. Students who register for the whole session will be granted space - those wishing to take an introductory class will be placed accordingly.
