Details: Saturday April 2nd Manhattans Jazz (Gordon & Kortright) Guelph, On 3 sets featuring: Tim Turvey - drums Joel "Booty" Banks - bass Kevin Williams - trumpet & flugelhorn Mary-Anne Gorsci - piano Nick Bastian - guitar There may be a couple of other guests laying it down as well. We will be playing a selection of standards as well as a few other meta-morphic tunes. Love to see you there!
jazzinfivefour
Due to the overwhelming support this thread has achieved, I just couldn't stop myself from commenting. But really, what do you get when you cross: 1 doctor, 1 scientist, 1 teacher, 1 piano tuner and 1 strange lad? You get this show! I shall visualize you all there and with the right amount of creative manifestation,... so it will be!
mark tonin
Good luck with it Tim ... I'm sure that it will be a great night of music. Peace, Mark
peaches
Are there really going to be other musicians there because it kind of sounds like a one-man-band! But seriously...the music will be great, the pizza overpriced, and the martinis of the myriad fashion! If you live in Guelph you should check this out...if you don't there's no telling what timothy's creative manifestation will manifest!
