----------

Greetings,

The 4th annual Tribute to Neil Young and Benefit Concert is happening at the Starlight in Waterloo on Saturday November 26. Proceeds from the night go to two great charities; R.O.O.F. in Kitchener which works to assist street youth, and the Bridge School in California for children with severe physical disabilities. I've included a more detailed description of each charity below.

The cover charge is $10 (suggested), but we're asking everyone to reach deep down and give as much as they can to support our cause. The line-up includes many of the areas finest musicians performing their favourite Neil Young tunes, so $10 really is a bargain. The doors open at 8:00pm and the show starts at 9:00pm. Come early if you want a seat and to enter the early-bird raffle.

Raffle? Yes! Many businesses in the area have been very generous in their support of the event by donating prizes for us to raffle off throughout the night. With their help we should easily reach our goal of $4000 to split between R.O.O.F. and the Bridge School. Prizes includie Neil Young CD's, free studio time, books, gift certificates, clothes, and a whole lot more, so bring some extra cash to get a chance to win a great prize and support the charities.

Charity Information:

R.O.O.F. - Reaching Our Outdoor Friends:

www.roof-agency.ca

Our agency is committed to working with street youth, aged twelve and up, in the KITCHENER-WATERLOO area focusing on the safety, support and overall well-being of homeless youth and youth at risk. We offer resources (or link youth with resources) that will allow them to develop the self-care and skills needed to stay alive and eventually move forward to more stable and healthy living situations.

THE BRIDGE SCHOOL

www.bridgeschool.org

CALIFORNIA-BASED, Peggy Young (Neil's Wife) founded this school. The Bridge School is an educational program dedicated to ensuring that children with severe speech and physical impairments achieve full participation in their communities through the use of augmentative &

alternative means of communication (AAC) and assistive technology (AT) applications.

Please join us on Saturday November 26 to enjoy the music of one of the world's finest song-writers and to raise money for two great charities.
