My place is available August 1st. It's pricey but you get what you pay for, and if you work downtown you can't beat Cooper and Elgin St. If you know of anyone pass it on. 250 Cooper St (btw. Metcalfe and Elgin) 1-bedroom apartment with large living room and large kitchen hardwood floors new bathroom antique hutch in kitchen (if you want to restore it) free cable tv (previous guy spliced it off the neighbour) Lots of natural light Secured entrance to the building 825 utilities included, but raised to 850 in September. It's a month-to-month lease so no commitments necessary except the 60 days notice if you want to boot it out of there. Lemme know if you're interested.
