I've been waiting for the Kings to play Toronto ever since I purchased their EP a few months back. These young up-and-coming jammers have created quite a stir south of the border. Do yourself a favour and go to this show. Note: KOL were scheduled to play the cancelled east coast Bonnaroo. I highly recommend their EP, Holy Roller Novocaine. It's a mix of Allmans, Stones, country and punk/honkey-tonk. It comes cheap too - under $10 at most music stores. Here's a brief bio and a review of their EP.
