Basher
I watched a bunch of the final table live, last night, and Lam was doing fairly well. He ended up going out second to Jerry Yang, and pocketed $4,840,981.Last hand went down at 6:50am this morning:Preflop, Jerry Yang and Tuan Lam pushed all the chips to the center of the pot. Yang showed pocket eights and Lam showed Ad-Qd. After a flop of Q-5-9, Lam took the lead and pumped his fist as he was en route to doubling up. The turn was a 7 giving Yang a gutshot straight draw in addition to the two remaining eights in the deck for the win. Yang had six outs, and it was the 6h falling on the river to knock out Lam and win the tournament.
