Clive and Annie Haviland reckon there is nothing wrong with their 13-year-old daughter playing Titanic theme tune My Heart Will Go On. But Joe and Elaine Wright next door are so fed up they called in environmental health officials. Now the feud is set to go to court — and the Wrights have put their four-bed semi up for sale. Night shift worker Joe said: “The Titanic music is making me sick. It seems to go on for hours. It is a living hell.” Officials warned the Havilands they could be fined up to £20,000 if they breach the order. Now the family are trying to get the order overturned by JPs in Scarborough, North Yorks. Annie, who plays in a band with her husband, said: “We feel we are living under a 24-hour music ban.
