Harper cancels $5 billion in funding to help with proper housing, jobs and medical facilities or personnel. So many communities in the north will suffer under Harper - just wait and see.http://firstnations.com/A prime example of the neglect happening is a small community called 'Attawapiskat' which has been the main topic of First Nations media recently (but oddly, not making it to non-native news, shame on you CBC). This community has begged for help and yet been ignored by our government. This community is slowly dying due to the terrible living conditions.
