AdamH Posted September 19, 2003 Report Share Posted September 19, 2003 I think this might have been posted here already, but the weay the government-produced dope is set to a specified THC level is to grow four different strains (thus, differing amounts of THC), harvest the buds, and mix in leaves until the THC content reaches the deisred level.
