Water St.Tickets to the 5 p.m. event are $20 advance, $25 the day of the show, and are available at Ticketmaster, (585) 232-1900 or www.ticketmaster.com.Although Water Street does not have a kitchen, organizers say the food vendors who would have been at the High Falls concert will be at Water Street.
