c-towns Posted July 23, 2004 Report Share Posted July 23, 2004 Fiaama Fiaama - missed them Corb Lund - heard him on the walk up, southern cowboy rock at its finest Warsaw Villiage Band - excellent surprise, very antibalas like with a few less people Taj Mahal - not what I expected, rather down tempo but still quality Blues from a Legend Stompin Tom Connors - Canadian Folk at its finest, the old man still has some stomp in him, and from what I gathered he was half in the bag. purple foot Posted July 23, 2004 Report Share Posted July 23, 2004 corby sounded nervous to start but picked up as he went along. the polish band was intense. taj mahal sounded baddass. stompin tom was definately drunk. great showman. great story teller. highlight of the night for sure.
