Ms.Huxtable
Oh and speaking of pork belly, the reason we bought it to begin with is to make Braised Fresh "Bacon". We saw this recipe in our new cook book called Think Like a Chef by Tom Colicchio. The picture in the book is UNBELIEVABLE and the recipe was voted "Meat dish of the year" by GQ magazine. I can't wait to make it.
