As for the campground there is no need to reserve a space they are putting our whole crew in one area like an overflow section. They do know we are coming..

OK friends, the boat is sold out right now.

I've startd a waiting list. People sometimes bail out or reserve too many tickets for themselves. Over the years we have never left anyone ashore so there's still hope.

When I was on the road with the Tea Party years ago,, Jeff Martin was playing a prototype of a similar guitar but made by Gibson. They scraped it cause there were to many things that could go wrong. Technoligy.. WOW

There were some concerns about the campground. Capt. Steve and I have spoken with the Lafontaine campground and have worked it out. There will be a school bus to take people from the campground to the boat and back. Plan on getting to the campground early enough to set up ,,drink,,

and not miss the bus..

4 hr cruise = $20

campground = $10/head

bus ride = $2/each way

I would have opted for Plaskett/Elkas had I been in Capital City. I saw Caution Jam in '97' date=' '98, '99 (blah blah blah) and unless I'm mistaken, The Dead haven't written any new songs to cover. Lemme guess (insert drum roll) an Althea opener. I don't mean to sound "too" negative.....but shit gets old. Especially rehashed cover songs that are not even attempted to be explored in a new and way by the artist/musicians playing them. [/quote']

Still got to go on an adventure to capital city and meet/jam with Dave from Nero so I'm happy.

Just fished listening to both bands from sat. Sounds like we were having a great time,we just never stopped jamming for the last half hour making it up as we went along. I'm happy that Dave accepted my invitation to come out and play, we all got to benefit from his sounds. That was Cjams 8th show in Otown and i'm glad one of them finally got taped.

Hey thanks to jambands.ca for support and the few folks that came out to the show. AND of course another thank you from all of us goes out to Brad for taping. The gas bill realy hurt us but we had fun playing and the party back at the hotel was a hoot! Hopefully more folks are planning to come out for Come Together in 2 weeks.

Now to go and lick my wounds.
