I just got home from the Tonin birthday doo, and had to put down my thoughts before I go nighty-night (I pre-apologize for spelling before I start) ...

I wish I didn't have to leave so early, but Dee wanted to come home and have wild sex (actually she was just tired, and wanted a sandwich).

I just have to sum-up the way I feel in one word..

I just feel really good!

I know I don't know you extremely well Marv (I mean Mark), but I hope you enjoyed your doo. You obviously have alot of people that care about you, and I was honoured to be there... and anything I have been to that has your name involved seems to be funner than a barrel of monkeys (the good kind).

It was nice meeting those of you that I never met before, and re-meeting many of you that I met under different mental circumstances (Under certain conditions, I have the memory of a Luffa Sponge) (I know I spelled Luffa wrong).

I thought I had to wait until the next Come-Together for this great feeling of commraderlove to happen again, but it was there tonight!

According to their webside, Stephen Franke and the Noises from the Toolshed are playing at PepperJacks on Saturday. I just saw them at the Come Together Festival, and they are fantastic.

Why does my penis curve to the left even though I am right-handed?

I've got some congas too (a thoughful house-warming gift from Willy), and I just bought a drum at Come Together... I am look'n to get right-into the percussion... if you are in town at Willy's anytime, let me know and I will bring mine to his place.

Is anyone going to ther Lose Yer Shoes Festival... it sucks that it is the same weekend as the Grateful Dead... I am torn as to which to try-out....

Top 10, also in no order:

1) The people, the music, the atmosphere... oh... and the PEOPLE!

2) Greeted by, and feeling accepted by everyone even though I was dressed like a goat man.

3) The costumes and the silliness... I love both (obviously)

4) Buying the drum from Jim, and getting lessons from him... what a swell guy... and a swell drum.

5) All night touring from drum circle to drum circle, breaking-in 'Licorice' as I call her (yes, my drum). Jamming with some fantastic drummers.

6) Seeing a bunch of friends that I love to hangout with (at Willy's trailer), and meeting alot of people I would love to become friends with.

7) Coming to certain realizations about my life.

8) The warm, ecstatic feeling of energized bliss that was redolent everywhere I went.

9) Having my wife and daughter there to experience it with me (Shelby is going to know this kind of communal love early in life).

10) Wanting to take you all home with me.

I have been more affected by this weekend away than any other festival weekend... and am dying to do it again.

Now if I could just get over this depressive, lull state of aftershock...

Is is just me, or is anyone else having a tough time trying to adjust back to reality again?

I want to go back!

This festival gets better everytime... I am always sad to leave, always wanting more.

The unescabable warmth was everywhere... beautiful people, beautiful area, and of course beautiful music. I just wanted to hug everyone.

Thank you to all for making my temporary escape from reality an intoxicating experience. There is nothing I like more than transmogrifying into my alter-ego and letting loose... and thanks to the plethora of drummers for allowing me into those diabolic drum circles even though I am very new at drumming.

I am looking forward to the Labour Day weekend... would not miss it for the world... and if there are any other festivals around before then... let me know.
