Who's with me and my boycott of Ticketmaster?!?!
... hello? ...
i'm already there. i've been inadvertently boycotting them for a couple of years now by seeing smaller bands in smaller venues. i like it.
-
I guess it could be, but he has been dating Mandy of late....... I don't think LiLo is Ryans best choice to stay sober, or disease free for that matter.

im happy to see that Speedo and Omega Watches didn't jump on the bandwagon and dump Gold Medal swimmer Michael Phelps after his bong pic surfaced.
shouldn't we just admit that this "war on drugs" was a silly idea and get on with life?
word. however, it should be called by it's proper name, the War On Some Drugs.

congratulations!

I'm not goin to any. Personally I enjoy listenin to them at home from time to time, but I'm not really connected with either scene (tour or music in general) anymore. I had my fun.
A Toronto show from either band may spark my interest, but thats an "if and when" type deal.
seconded.

It's been a sick and twisted eight year reign by two of history's biggest douchebags and I'm gonna do a little dance this morning in honour of their political demise.
dance done.

I was gonna say I've known more than few broads who liked the Tool. sorry
badum bah!

If it was Hornsby and Kimock instead of Chimenti and Haynes I would have very little trouble paying these prices...
at least it would feel less like a bunch of guys packing away money for their retirement. Shows not selling on ITunes, fellas?

happy birthday!

The Dead have chosen their demographic. Tour rats need not apply. But shouldn't they have been backing the Republican candidate then?
indeed. maybe they've decided that they can tour every four years instead of every year, and make up the $$ by charging 4x as much for tickets.
count me oot.

don't forget veal. it's pretty cruel too. not "cut open a fish and eat it while it's still alive" cruel, but cruel.

except the fecking green bottles!
companies that use green bottles drive me insane... so many brands that are so foten skunky– Heinies, Moosehead, Grolsch (not that people buy them in bottles much), Sleemans, Steamwhistle, Stella
AND the farther those bottles have to travel the more likely they are to be skunky.
Right. Back to my Guiness.
Beer,
db
according to Konrad Ejbich the CBC radio wine nerd, lots of imported beers are funky not due to bottle colour but to travel stress. European bottled beers have spent all sorts of time in shipping containers, particularly waiting to clear customs. this can take weeks, during which the beer warms, cools, warms, and generally gets weirder.
i can't explain moosehead using this theory. maybe people from St John like that taste.
