anyone know how much it aproximatley costs to get your crinkled/folded posters restored to look somewhat better?
I want my vintage Zappa's "200 Motels" poster that's folded and creased to be more presentable.

I've stood by GNR through thick and thin! They were truly one of the greatest rock bands ever! Even the UYI I&II still hold well!
Everything fell apart after Izzy left.
It's all about Rocket Queen!
-
I'd go in 2 secs! Blowout Comb is possibly one of the most underated hip hop/jazz albums ever!
-
where's the Assman when you need him?
-

fluff,
was that 87?

Damn, it's the original lineup too (Lou Barlow and Murph); I wish I could see this one!
Any Dino fans from the early-mid years (pre Where You Been)?
They also re-released their 1st 3 albums; they sound so damn crisp (in a sludgy grungy sense
-
that was jokes!
thanks!
-
here's to hoping his new band consists of Mike Gordon on the cow bell, Page on the boards and Fishman on the washboard!

3 Snakes was the pinnacle of the Crowes for me

I make my own hummus, thank you very much! And it's 10x's more dank than anything you'll find in the supermarket!

Grape Nuts+Cheerios+Rasisins+Craisins with a slab of Weetabix on top!
after years of eating cereal made of sugar, I've settled for the blandest stuff possible
-
from what I heard, tickets were sold out practically before they went on sale!
-
cut the hair; dreads are so out man! and besides, with the current length of your hair, you won't have dreadlocks but will end up with shitlocks!
-
what's "old habits"?
-
wow, thanks for the recommendation guys! I'll get my tickets today.
True, being out here in the AK lacks consistent touring musical acts, so what do I have to lose.
The show's in June, so I'll let you know how it goes.

they're coming to town; I've heard mixed opinions in the past; curious to know if any of you recommend it.

artist: ARIEL PINK
album: The Doldrums (2004)
if you dig Syd Barret/Daniel Johnston eccentricity + Guided By Voices lo-fi complexity + 60/70's am pop radio hits you'll lose your mind over this guy! This guy's borderline genius + crazy but purely genuine, no shtick! Highly addictive!
-
saw them in NYC at the Bowery in 2002; it's a pure pleasure to watch these two maestroes at work!
Despite being a little annoyed with the wook next to me dancing like he had ants in his pants, the show was spectacular! Highly recommend catching them live while the opportunity exists!
-
to this day, one of the best shows I've ever seen was Gwar at the concert hall in '93! These guys are messed up and know how to put on a crazy live show!; it'll be like nothing you've seen before; aesthetically you'll get something out of it, even if you don't dig thrash metal.

does anyone know where I can find an mp3 live version of the Band's cover of "Slipin' and Slidin'" that they performed in "Festival Express"? It appears they just released the dvd, not a cd soundtrack to go along with it (or am I wrong?).
