AC DC - what happened to GNU??? i caught them in the spring before coming back to ontario.... that sucks. they are awesome. i've seen wasabi collective a few times as well and i agree with you. they're alright, but you know. i like the other drummer guy who used to play outside of steamers.

hey kev, at the moment i'm at my ontario location, for the past 4 years i've been bouncing between here and vic (i go to uvic). i will be back in victoria for school in september, we should meet up! have you checked out any of the victoria bands, green room and GNU are really good if you haven't seen them yet. cheers!

i think that drugs can enhance the experience of going to see a band, i for one usually like to get into something when i go to a show. but, i also think that you should remember why you're there, and that's mainly to appreciate good music. that means to me that drugs shouldn't be a necessity, just some added fun! : )

okay...not totally sure wtf's going to go on tomorrow - i'm kind of sick right now w/a cold, and it wouldn't be a big deal but i'm s'posed to have this surgery wednesday,and they won't do it if i'm sick.... so for sure won't be going down to party early. gotta rest. as for making it to the show, i don't know yet. if i have to miss it i will be very unhappy, that's for sure. send me some healing vibes!!!

i made it to this show last wednesday in detroit (pine knob), it was pretty last minute, and i went with my mom! i was totally impressed with the musicianship, everything just felt honest and filled me with good vibes : )

howdy.. first of all, i can totally drive my car up, it'll fit 3 others comfortably. there might already be some spaces filled, but we'll see. also - chewie, sarah says that each name on the list includes a guest, so does that mean that everybody on the list (she told me most of the folks) also has a buddy to drag along? i am trying to get a hold of rob rankin b/c his names' on there and i'm sure he'd like to come. anyway, i'm SO fired up for that. my last big show for some time!

this is for anybody who'd be willing to make the trip to cleveland, on july 14th SCI's playing at nautica stage. i was there 4 years ago to see ABB for two nights, and it is the wicked'est spot i've been to yet. right on the water front, similar to harbourfront in TO but better. plus, it is SMALL!!! i was in disbelief when i went to see the brothers there, it was so sweet. i can't go cause i'll be recup'ing from surgery, but for anyone who can you will have an absolutely amazing night, guaranteed. : )
