Leanne mentioned this to me when I stopped by your place tonight Will, I'm at a loss for words & feel sick to my stomach. Christine is not only an important person in my life but is also a very strong girl, I have faith her recovery will be as swift as can be, my love & thoughts are with her.

  2. Found a link to this site on the Gourds yahoo group & figure some folks here would be interested. Its an archive of different acoustic performaces from the 'Woodsongs Radio Program'.

There are mp3s, wma & video files of almost every (although not all) performace available for download.

A couple of examples, the number is the show I.D

    The Gourds - 352

    moe - 295

    Bela Fleck - 395

    Tony Furtado - 299

    Rick Danko - 79

  3. Any idea when you'll know if this is goin happen Alexis? I sorta backed out of my original plan. But, if the party ins't happening, the sooner I know the more chance I have of getting my seat back in the truck & boat. 028.gif

  4. Nice, this still gets regular play around here, especially the Canned Heat, Sam & Dave, James Cotton & Johnny Winter. Glad your finally getting around to it. Do you still have those SHNs? I unfortunatley don't.

If your into this stuff (as I am), here's some of the CD art, I used to have almost all of it but can't find it in the chaos of my collection. If I can find the CD with all the CD art I collected I'll let ya know, but you might be able to find higher resolution if you searched, but alot of these below turn out really good as is. (Most are what I have)

Texas International Pop Festival (works as a layout/template)

    Johnny Winter (front & back)

    BB King (front & back)

    Janis Joplin (Front)

    Led Zeppelin (front med.)

    CTA (Front)

    CTA (Back)

Sly & The Family Stone (Front)

Sly & The Family Stone (back)

This site is a good resource, along with directions on home to grab a copy (although in rough condition supposedly) on DVD.
