Well I had the first one on thursday and It was a bit stong at first bite but then smoothed out they were pretty good! Im happy with how they turned out, I think though next batch I do I might change the ratio of Vinegars a little bit and put a little less white, and maybe a touch more galric adn a bit more of the spice, but they were good I had half a dozen yestereday So all in all I call this first attempt a success Perhaps Pickels are next in the works

But Chow Chow is a must! for me at dinner along a variety of cheeses! Besides that there is always lots and lots of rum in the house aswell
