Belak was a bum! Good riddance that he has been traded. Now all we need is that first round pick that Fletch is gunning for, and that will give us 10 picks at the next draft which is apparently very strong. The future is bright! Make the playoffs this year and then I can't wait until next season!!!

I just drove past the ACC, and I don't believe what I saw. There is actually a small gathering of people out side the ACC with posters asking for Sundin to lift his NTC!! The idiots!! And I can't believe what I'm hearing on sports radio either. How stupid are the people here in Toronto???

Seriously, why aren't more of you fans excited to hear that you'll be able to enjoy Sundin's leadership and playing ability for the remainder of the season?? I am uber-excited about seeing 'ol #13 scoring goals as the Leafs surge towards a playoff bearth!
Any player(s) that they would have received would be project(s) and wouldn't be able to play this year anyways. This way Sundin is saying that he's not giving up on the team! There is still a chance!!!

OUR CHANCES OF MAKING THE PLAYOFFS HAVE JUST INCREASED BECAUSE NOW TEAM MORALE IS GOING TO SOAR AND WE WILL START WINNING GAMES! What a disgrace!!! How come nobody is on Ovechkin's case for this drunken display?? Why was Jiri Tlusty unfairly demonized for his party pictures, yet the posterboy of the league appears blitzed and nobody says anything!!! The double standards are horrible. It's like the league is trying to single out the Leafs!

I think that they should keep Kaberle and move him to the fourth line! He would be such a incrdible addition to the forwards. He can still play the point on powerplays. If Marc Strait can do it for Montreal then why can't he???
I wonder what the combination of Darcy Tucker and Hal Gill could fetch on the trademarket?? Hmmmm....
