Hey all! The system restore seemed to work for me. I couldnt download those programs for the life of me even in safemode. Im gonna try to get them now though cause im sure other shit is most likely goin down on my pc. Thanks guys for the help.

I think I got a hell of a virus. I can only go on the net in firefox (which I havent before and kinda like it) BUT. I have a little XP malware sercurity icon in my tray that keeps popping up that im unproteced and to download this xp malware program which I know is a scam but I cant get it to go away. If i try to go IE it says not found or something like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
