This commercial is for Nutrigrain bars. I've never seen it on tv and frankly I don't even think the people at nutrigrain actually made it. It seems like a couple of friends just thought up a funny commercial and chose a randome breakfast cereal bar. Anyhow, you'll need quicktime to view it, but it's well worth it. Just fuggin hilarious.

Right on. I'd check him out at a medium sized venue, but woulda loved to see him at the Rivoli...small as it seems.

I heard about him first when I saw his name as an opener for Robert Randolph. Then I noticed your post about him a couple weeks back. I've never seen him mind you, but was looking forward to it. Yeah, really too bad about tonight.

Okay, I just called again and actually spoke with someone. They told me that there's a cd release going on right now, but it's private and I'd need to be on the guest list. They wouldn't tell me who it was for...sorta weak. Anyhow, when it's done, it's improv comedy for the rest of the night...so it might not be a good idea to go down there. Sucks, cause I was looking forward to it for sure.

Yeah, I'm not at all familiar with the area, so it could be tough, but not impossible. I'm thinking we'll be in nashville area around 11am thursday, which might be a little late for you if you're leaving earlier in the week. Worse comes to worse, I'll walk around with a lawn chair looking for folks with canadian brew.

However, the drive through the Smokey Mountains at dawn was spectactular and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Yeah, that's one of the most beautiful experiences I had when I went down 2 years ago as well. That's why I want to leave from toronto and drive through the night so that I can make it to the Smokey Mountains by dawn....gorgeous...just gorgeous!
