NEWS: I’ll be teaching a harmonica masterclass for intermediate and advanced students at the Augusta Heritage Workshop series from July 13 to July 18, 2003during their “blues-swing week” in Elkins, WV USA. This is an amazing place in a beautiful area of West Virginia in the Appalachian Mountains - 12 years ago, I spent 4 weeks at Augusta over 4 summers studying with Howard Levy. Geoff Arsenault on drums. He doesn’t have a web site, but what can you say about one of Canada’s top roots players. He’s played with a virtual who’s who on the Canadian blues scene, as well as Lenny Gallant, Mary Jane Lammond and Rita McNeil.

We’ll be doing our usual gumbo of rootsy, bluesy, jazzy grooves, with a bit of latin, african, New Orleans thrown in for good measure, with an emaphasis on the material from last 2 CDs Up And At ‘Em and BIG BOY.
