IFCO SEEKS MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR

FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION

Rate of Pay: $10/hour plus benefits (35 hours/week)

Start Date: October 25, 2004

IFCO is looking for a highly motivated, well organized individual with strong oral and written communication skills, whose summary of duties and qualifications are as follows:

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

* Greet visitors, answer all enquiries and provide tours

* Facilitate memberships, and maintain membership database

* Maintain float and facilitate bank deposits

* Manage and maintain all invoices and financial filing system

* Put into effect all IFCO policies (rental, workshop and other)

* Coordinate workshops, including registrations, invoices, payments and preparation of course materials

* Facilitate initial equipment rental bookings

* Manage shipping, courriering and production supplies stock

* Coordinate all volunteer opportunities

* Coordinate advertising, graphic design for advertisements, posters etc

* Coordinate Film History Night screenings

* Coordinate special events

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience with PC computers and software (QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Access) essential

* Experience in maintaining financial records essential

* Experience in a non-profit organization an asset

* Knowledge of film an asset

* Highly motivated, team player
