Maybe see if there are any good shows ... or grab a good wetsuit and go surfing. They should have some decent waves this time of the year. Make sure you check out the new hotel/casino the Borgata.. its pretty amazing and don't be afraid to take a cab anywhere .. they got some policy there that its 8 dollars MAX. no matter where you go within AC.
