My heart goes out to all victims of violence. It is shameless that we are made to feel as if we are to blame. Gender inequality must certainly propagate the male dominated transmission of HIV/AIDS and power struggles and inequalities suddenly seem glaringly evident. It goes without saying that the irony of being singled out for being 'too white' by another 'ultra white' on the premises of a licensed establishment in a metropolitan centre again is strictly unconscionable.
