Rossolee
Hey Folks- Sarah and I visited the Todd's this past weekend for Halloween phun in Charlotte. Dave and Kelli had just moved into their wonderful new home in the Dilworth neighborhood. As always they were AMAZING hosts!! Much Thanks!! On the Sat nite we all got into the Halloween mood by dressing up as the Scooby Doo gang. We looked hilarious... dancing at a show in polyester and wigs. YIKES!! I have a few jpgs of us in costume- if someone can host them, I'll email them along. Great sets by both bands. Yonder didn't disappoint as the Grady Cole Ctr was getting down in no time. Idaho, Steep Grade were top notch. If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing YMSB... put them on your list for a must see band. moe. was up next. Both Rob and in Al in cowboy hats. As well Rob donned his Crown Royal pants and Al had on the baddest looking black cowboy shirt with white frills ever... A fine moe. show, lots of classics... Akimbo, Nebraska, Brent Black was HUGE!!! McBain was out there as well. Good to hear a few new songs. It was cool to hear Rob do Summer O Why with moe. A wonderful weekend. Dilworth in Charlotte is a GREAT neighborhood-full of parks, mature trees- lots of restaurants, bars, etc within' walking, err... stumbling distance. Pre-show- to get into the moe mood we actually had burritos from Moe's Southwest Grill before the show Thanks again to the Todd's, Yonder and moe.!! WE had a BLAST!! Cheers- Chad 10/30/04 (Sat) Grady Cole Center - Charlotte, NC Yonder Mountain String Band: Set 1: Sideshow Blues, No Expectations, Maid Of The Canyon, Mother's Only Son, Idaho, Steep Grade Sharp Curves, You're No Good, Boatman, On The Run moe: Set I: Not Coming Down> Wormwood> Wake Up, Akimbo, Nebraska, Kyle's Song> Brent Black Set II: McBain> Head, Summer O' Why, Lost Along the Way, Opium> 32 Things Encore: Happy Hour Hero
