Esau
According to revenue Canada Each year, on or before February 28, you must provide the attendant and Revenue Canada with a T4 slip showing gross wages paid in the last year and all deductions for income tax, Canada Pension Plan and Employment Insurance. http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/t4001/t4001-02-e.html
