I've gone a bunch of times and it's always a blast. (Plus the Renaissance has some excellent beers on tap! ) This week our band Uncle Seth is the feature act, but it is a weekly event. Here's the details: Join us for a night of great music, fun and frivolity at Dr. B's Acoustic Open Show, at the Renaissance Cafe (1938 Danforth Ave, 1 Block W. of Woodbine) every Thursday evening. All levels of performers are welcome - from beginners to professionals - to come out and play their songs in a warm receptive appreciative environment What: Acoustic Open Stage, open to everyone regardless of their style or skill level. We encourage beginners, emerging artists, as well as seasoned veterans. All sound equipment is supplied by the club. Come in and put your name on the sign-up sheet to reserve your spot. All performers are guaranteed a minimum of two songs, and more depending on attendance.
