Bittorrent sites, b&p, downloads, anything? All I've been able to find is the Roots site. Wish I had the Gift of Gab and Lyrics Born coming to my neighborhood. Posted March 8, 2005 Report Share Posted March 8, 2005 sari is right, lyrics born has been cancelled. however, lateef is double billed with gift of gab. also, i saw a cd at hmv the other day. it was a string quartet tribute to the roots. anyone familiar with this? it was 28 bucks, so i left it on the shelf. as far as live hiphop, i dont know about trading shows.. but the VH1 radio thread led me to notice there are some good hiphop stations on there.
