shainhouse Posted August 5, 2005 Report Share Posted August 5, 2005 aw well...No More DramaUpdated 15:06 PDT Wed, Aug 03 2005The More Drama Tour, featuring three Yes solo/side projects, has been canceled due to "immigration issues" caused by security measure following the London terrorist bombings Yes guitarist Steve Howe, bassist Chris Squire and drummer Alan White have canceled all dates on the outing, which was scheduled to begin August 2 in Seattle, presented by VH1 Classic. Tickets will be refunded through the point of purchase. According to the group the tour will be rescheduled at a later date. The cancellation was prompted by immigration issues in the wake of heightened security brought on by the recent terrorist attacks in London. "We're frustrated as much as the fans are but we understand the importance of the heightened security and hope we can reschedule the tour at some point," said Squire. The tour was to have spotlighted performances by three different bands, including the pre-Yes prog-rock group The Syn, featuring Squire and original vocalist Stephen Nardelli; Yes drummer Alan White's solo project White with keyboardist Geoff Downes; and Steve Howe's solo guitar set.
