I wonder who the unnamed defendant could be?On August 25th 2005, Mr. Justice Dohm of the Supreme Court of B.C. issued a temporary publication ban on publishing the name, the office or anything tending to identify the proposed defendant in the proceedings and the nature of any purported charges against that person.We are therefore not able, at this time, to communicate with you in relation to any matter relating to the proceedings. The matter is in court on Thursday September 29th at 10:00am at 800 Smithe St., Vancouver when we will be arguing that the proceedings ought to be held in public with no ban on publication. We don't yet know the courtroom but the matter will be on the court list as 'Gail Davidson et al vs. the Attorney General of British Columbia'. We hope you will be able to attend and that you will invite others interested in these proceedings.
