tribalstar Posted December 7, 2005 Report Share Posted December 7, 2005 Well, I am close to the end of my chef training program and I was hit with an blow in the fact that I did not get the job in Jasper, like I was so sure I would...So I was wondering if anyone had any good funky/fine dine/ jazz bar etc....restaurant that they would recommend me applying to for my co-op. I do not want to work in an assembly line kitchen, I need to be working under someone who has their red seal and perhaps wants to apprentice me. If you could give me the names of some places that I could be in touch with that would be great. I am into going anywhere...relocation is not an issue....
