Newsletter Coordinator

Canadian Artists’ Representation/le front des artistes canadiens (CARFAC) is seeking a newsletter coordinator to assist with our biannual bulletin, CALENDAR.

General Duties:

1) request and coordinate articles from authors, in consultation with CARFAC’s National Director

2) lay-out and design of newsletter

3) coordinate translation, printing, and mailing orders

4) research alternative options for newsletter formats and materials, and printing solutions

5) act under the immediate supervision of the National Director or the Chair of the Board in the absence of the National Director

Qualifications:

1) experience in newsletter creation

2) previous experience working with Quark

3) ideally suited for an artist or senior art student

4) interest in the communications and bilingual skills are assets

Salary is $15/hour and involves 8-10 hours/week for approximately 2 months, with the possibility of a continued position.
