boiler
Now Shapiro is hoping someone at the police department had a green thumb while the evidence was stored there.can be such a finicky plant.but his permit had expired and wasn't renewed until shortly after police had removed the plants.Despite his medical condition and the fact the renewed permit was granted within days, police charged him with growing the drug contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. were they waiting at the door for his permit to expire? The Police must have really felt they would look like media darlings on this one. Someone should get a raise in their P.R. department.
