Posted May 4, 2006 Report Share Posted May 4, 2006 A)if you aren't in the habit of flossing daily, do it in the shower...eventually it becomes 100% routine.....plus, everything is better in the shower. use a fork instead of a spoon to mix up your protien shake...less clumps.
