afro poppa
Great show, lots of great energy. The encore (9 songs or so) dragged on a little bit as he played some his slower tunes. Although the Let it Be with Serena Ryder was really great! The crowd was decent and it was extremely crowded but Xavier looked to be having a great time and he played for roughly 2 hours. Highlights for me were To Let (soooo enthusiastically played), the crowd singing "Freee-ee-eee" on Let Me Be while Rudd jammed, and the Let it Be. I am seeing him tomorrow as well (for a little bithrday party for myself) and in Guelph on Thursday and I am crossing my fingers he doesnt play the exact same shows. aberg83
Did you see any tapers last night?
afro poppa
Unfortunately I didn't. I saw one tall thing that could've been a mic although I am 99 percent sure it wasn't.
aberg83
I have a feeling they are not allowing taping on this tour... something about recording a dvd or something.... bummer. I would have taped otherwise. No reply officially from Xavier's email though.
afro poppa
If they recorded a DVD of last nights show that would be freaking amazing!
