Great Northern Beans

nice stewy curry dish for a grey wet day

everythings's approximate

3 cups great northern beans - soaked, cooked, ready to go

good amount of olive oil

8 small-ish carrots

1 small onion

1/2 head garlic

3-4 cups black kale

2-3 of those small red thai chili peppers

1 jalepeno

few dashes of asafoetida powder

salt

cook all of that up in a sauce pan

then add

1 cup veggie broth

1 cup (or more maybe?) soy milk

2 tablespoons of biryani curry paste (cheater, i know.. or mix up your own spices, you go-getter )

stir it up, cover it up, turn down the heat.

call your parents, they'd love to hear from you.

serve it up with some toast.
