Good afternoon folks, Just a little shameless self-promotion to give a heads-up that Baked Potato is gigging once again....

After a bit of a line-up change and a brief

hiatus, we're rolling back into our old home away from home, The Fairview Pub, 898 West Broadway,

this Saturday evening, December 9th. This is our

first gig in Vancouver since June, and we're all super stoked to get back to kicking out the

jams.

The show is billed as "Baked Potato & Friends" as

we will be having various drummers and guitarists sit in with us throughout the night, starting off with the amazing Basanta brothers, Adam & Kai, from local fusion band "Ideogram". These boys are immensely talented and it's an honor for us to share the stage with them. Kai is 15 years old and

displays jaw-dropping virtuosity. Adam is a skilled guitarist and at 21, has a mature playing style well beyond his years.

They sure make us look like old farts!

We've got some great new material to debut, and

will of course feature our regular staple of high octane, instrumental jazz/funk fusion explorations.

Local psychedelic surf band "Orange Whip" is supporting us and takes the stage at 10pm. We will be hitting the stage at 11:30pm sharp and will be playing 2 @ 60 minute sets. Cover is a paltry $7.

FUN is guaranteed, bring your dancing shoes.
