djmelbatoast
Maybe the kid was a traveler. You know the flakey hippy type who doesn't have contact with family for years at a time?Might not the family think that their kid is still out there somewhere, but is an asshole?Wouldn't hearing this news make them feel infinitely better? There are countless scenarios in which the faminly could not have found out for this long. Just look at all the Jane & John Doe cases each year which go unsolved. Do all of the people involved then have families that don't give a shit?
