put a cake of soap between your sheets and no more leg cramps

no dial or ivory or dove

it works how i don,t know think it has something to do with the lye

it has to be where your feet rest

you can also rub some on your legs, guaranteeded to work

An elderly lady at my work told me to do the same.

She said that the cold from the bar of soap is what makes your feet cramps go away.

I have not tried it myself, but knowing me, I will be awoken many times during the night when the soap falls out and hits the floor. I move too much when I sleep!

I like the fact that it will keep your sheets smelling nice!

i got a leg cramp at a theatre once...its bad news because you don't have room to stretch out your leg. Doing so means you have to position your body in a way that makes the people sitting next to you feel REALLY uncomfortable.

it is the cold that can cause cramps

you put the soap under the sheet not on top

or rub your feet or legs if you have such a problem with cramps

if you drink you may notice you get charlie horses

and foot cramps

rub soap on them

ha go to a club with a cake of soap and have a few see what happens

as for all over the bed take mountain mans advice and pretend you see clouds and sun etc oh and a duck in the water thats the one that gets to me

but actually very pretty
