My boss over there has offered to pay the outstanding balance and take care of the closure but I need to write a letter stating that I give her the power to do transactions on my behalf. StoneMtn Posted January 20, 2007 Report Share Posted January 20, 2007 It sounds like you are looking for "Limited" Power of Attorney (as upposed to one that is "Unlimited" which would mean that the person designated can do virtually anything on your behalf, as opposed to simply having authority to conduct a particular transaction).
