zero Posted March 6, 2007 Report Share Posted March 6, 2007 Hyphy 101 - Mistah FAB can be heard on this Hyphy playlist . Hyphy is basically a style of Hip Hop unique to Oakland, CA and the Bay Area. The track Hyphy 101 contains many of the key elements, call and response (pump gas, brake), rolling triplets, the mythology of ghost riding (throwing the doors open on your whip and getting out of the car and dancing on the hood while your car ghost rides down the boulevard.
