Jaimoe
I just watched the movie last night. It was excellent. One of the best boxing movies I've seen. I love how Sly finally cast a real boxer as his opponent: former light-heavyweight champ Antonio Tarver (the man who twice beat Roy Jones Jr.). The fight scenes were as realistic as Ali or Hurricane, which is no small feat. The camera angles for the fight scenes were authentic - it looked like an HBO production. What separates this film from the heap of bad sports movies is the non-fight scenes are well-written, acted and surprisingly tender and heart-felt - on par with the first Rocky.Watch the bonus material. Some of it is fascinating. Tarver rules!!!
