Primus Phone and Internet service???

I did all this last friday and not even a peep from the Primus people. I know it may take up to 10 days but Im at 6 days and no contact at all??? Im waiting for the anytime long distance so I can phone my brother in Alberta. I might just phone every long distance friend I know just to use up some minutes.
