phishtaper
woke up this morning to discover a family of five deer on the street in front of our house. we are a few blocks from the university of guelph, so it wasn't shocking to see them in our area, but was a wonderful surprise. we guided them back into the park where they'd be safer and admired them from a distance. the largest of them jumped clear over top a 6' snowbank. really beautiful. timouse
very cool. we live outside of guelph and have seen all sorts of deer tracks in the field behind our house. a couple of times walking in the cedar woods we've found (or more accurately the dog found) impressions in the snow where deer have laid down for the night. never gotten that close to one of them though. maybe i need to borrow your deer suit
traveler
Local hunters say the natural deer kill off will be huge this year due to lack of food/to much snow. Please feed the animals.
