Neeraj Prem who is an exponent of sitar and vocal will present an evening perforrnance

of Indian classical music. His accompaniments will include a tabla player, israj player

and other percussionists, The concert will be divided into 2 halves, The first part will be

a pure classical rendition and the second part, old folk tunes of the Indian subcontinent.

Neeraj is a student of Ustad Shujaat Khan. He has inherited the unique style of blending

vocal and instrumental together following the gharana of Ustad Vilayat Khan.
