There's no doubt that Dany Heatley will now have a whole new slew of charges laid upon him. I love Dany as a player, but he deserves whatever he gets. I'm sure the Atlanta judicial system will throw the book at him and Heatley will have unfortunately earned his future punishment. It's also tragically stupid, and reminds me of what happened to former NBA player Bobby Phills when he died after drag racing with teammate David Wesley in Charlotte. They can throw the book at Heatley, but nothing is going to be worse than the guilt he has to live with for the rest of his life.
