There have been so many insane collaborations with guests including Late In The Evening with Paul Simon and Antibalas. Much of the music clips are available on:http://www.itsallthewaylive.net/2009/06/the_roots_jimmy_fallon_performances/ I'm not sure how they got around the territorial rights which are usually handled by Hulu and blocked in Canada but you can see their new single with them performing as the musical guest with their extended band on the same site.
